all about the music

so em and i are sitting in the kitchen listening to robbie seay band. she absolutely LOVES music which is super exciting to me!!! i thought that she would love music because when i was pregnant and music would start playing she would go crazy! cliff plays the drums for her all the time and she gets so excited. she dances and claps...it's so cute! speaking of music, tomorrow i am heading to s.c. to see my best friend tom play at the first service of newspring greenville. he is the new worship leader there. i am so excited and proud of him!! he is such a good musician and loves Jesus and now he really gets to share that with people every week!! so anyway, if you are anywhere near greenville, sc tomorrow you should come to newspring!! 

the beginning

so i have been meaning to start a blog for some time now but life always seems to get in the way. with a little one it's hard to get things done. anyway, for the past week i have been inspired by a certain family. last week my mom sent me the link to a family member of her best friend. this girl and her husband (who i have never met before) have really inspired me. to make a long story short: they just had two precious baby girls that were born very early and these little ones have been fighting for their lives since day one. what a miracle and what an inspiration. at church Sunday matt said that sometimes God puts situations in our lives that we don't understand but in the end it's His will for us. this family is such an inspiration. it doesn't matter that their girls were born early...the point is they were born. they are here. living. breathing. beautiful girls. the faith of this family is incredible! if there is something that you get from reading this post then please pray for adleigh and liana. pray for their family. pray that no matter what the situation they know God is there with them through it all.
